- the date and time of the request
- the amount of data transferred
- the access status (file transferred, file not found etc.)
- a description of the type of web browser used
- the client's IP address
The data stored is used exclusively for statistical purposes; disclosure to third parties for both commercial and non-commercial purposes will not take place.
If the website provides a facility for entering personal data or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), this data is supplied by the user on an exclusively voluntary basis. Here again, your data will be handled confidentially and not made available to third parties. Similarly, there is no cross-linking with the above-mentioned access data.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are transferred to your computer together with the data you requested via the Internet. This data is stored here and held for later retrieval.
We use cookies in certain areas. It is possible that linked pages also cookies, but we cannot advise you about this in advance.
In particular, we use "session cookies" when you sign on, since we use a so-called Single-Sign-On concept for reasons of user friendliness during authentication, and for access control to the various areas in our portal. .
This covers the creation of a "session" between the client and the server which allows you to move through the entire portal without having to sign on again for each area. This session is represented by a cookie where a randomly generated number is stored.
In addition, another cookie is used to store the login information assigned to you (user name, user rights and the validity of the session) for access control. You can consider this as substitute sign-on information. Instead of asking you to enter your login data again, the cookie is sent to the server and accepted as proof of identity.
Validity
The validity of both cookies is limited to the duration of your visit to our portal. They are automatically deleted when your browser is ended. Linking to personal data does not take place, and no conclusions concerning the activities of a user can be made.
Optionally, and on specific request, you can decide to have your user name stored permanently in a third cookie when you sign on. This makes it easier for you to sign on if you use the portal frequently, since your user name will be pre-entered in the log on form, so that you only have to enter your password. We must point out specifically the dangers of this procedure, since it represents an opportunity for abuse of your sign on details by third parties.
Most browsers are set up to accept cookies automatically. You can, however, deactivate the storage of cookies and set your browser to provide a warning when cookies are set.
